About Dr. Bob Jacobs

Dr Bob Jacobs Dr. Bob Jacobs has over 25 years experience working with children and parents as a teacher, coach, psychologist, mediator and lawyer. He is a registered Queensland clinical psychologist and is also registered with the Australian Attorney-General's Office as a Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner (child-inclusive practice). Dr. Jacobs has done a good deal of clinical supervision, including working with masters' students at the University of the Sunshine Coast’s psychology clinic in Sippy Downs (Queensland) in 2009.

HM Lawyers is proud to welcome Dr. Bob Jacobs to the firm as a part-time family law solicitor. Dr. Bob will be practising using a collaborative model aimed at reducing conflict, achieving solutions, and keeping people out of court, thereby saving them money, time and anguish.

This role will not affect any of Dr. Bob's current activities with The Parenting Centre as a clinical psychologist and mediator.

This book is about changing perspectives about parenting, our children, and ourselves.
